A day at Park Hill

At Park Hill Prep School and Nursery, we offer the highest standard of before and after school care spanning from 7.30am through till 6pm. Offering up to three meals a day the provision at Park Hill Prep goes beyond the standard wraparound-care at other local schools.

This not only helps busy families, but also offers the children the opportunity to explore different activities and have some fun with their friends.

Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club starts at 7.30am every morning (term time only). Children enjoy a healthy breakfast and then play until the start of school.

After School Care runs from 3.40pm – 6.00pm each day and is organised internally by our staff.

At the end of lessons, the children have supervised playtime until 4pm. The children are then allowed to choose from a wide range of activities. They can also do their homework, or have fun with construction toys. They return indoors to wash their hands ready for a delicious tea at 5pm, prepared by the school chef, Leon.

We also have a number of after school clubs and activities that are led by the teaching staff running from 4-5pm. The children can then join the After School Care until 6pm.

Drop Off and Pick Up Timings

The school day begins at 8:30am, by which time all children should be settled in their classrooms. The gate is open from 8:15 – 8:30am.

Early Bird drop off at 8:00am is available where the gate will be opened from 8:00 – 8:05am, children are welcome to be dropped off at this time.

Breakfast Club is open from 7:30 – 8:00am during term time only. Cereal, toast, fruit, milk and juice is available at small cost.

The school day ends at 3:30pm, the gate will be open from then until 3:40pm.

After School Care & Activities (3.30-6:00pm) are available every day of the week.
